Hassan, Qatada, Joud, Abu Wesam and his children, are all victims of the armed conflicts in their home countries: Iraq, Syria and Yemen. Their lives turned upside down in an instant and today they still bear the physical and psychological scars of their wounds.
All have undergone years of treatment at MSF’s hospital in Amman, Jordan.
MSF provides a glimpse into their lives before the life-shattering events and their lives today—journeys from injury to reconstruction.
Bodies at War is a mobile storytelling experience recounting the lives of four people and their families left scarred by years of war in the Middle East.
